| We've had to restructure the business since I accepted a directorship with a surgical center this past March and effectively nullified my free time during the construction and certification of our newest ambulatory surgical center. Add into that equation that Laura and I also purchased a house amidst all of this and you have a recipe for busy. So, long story short we've been in the process of restructuring and hiring a staff for Down Shift to help Laura run things since I am MIA. In other news, as some of you may know last year we lost all of our web/sales data when our box along with several others on the farm took a fatal dive. I've been piecing together some of that info which was lost over the past several months and have a list of people who I do not think received their calendar orders last year. I plan on contacting those people tomorrow afternoon to make good on their orders by supplying not only a rerun of the 2008 for them but also complimentary 2009's. If you ordered one last year and did not receive it we want to know. As far as our webserver, the new one is much more stable and has redundancy to prevent catastrophic losses.
